Please complete this form to register for this event. Use one form for each couple. We are presuming that you are booking for TWO people, for accommodation, meals etc. Please inform us in the Comments box at the end if this is not the case.

Additionally, we would advise that bookings are from the Friday evening meal through to Sunday lunchtime only. If for any reason you wish to extend your stay before or after the conference, please advise us which extra nights and meals you would like to book in the Comments box at the end. We will arrange this for you with the hotel and you can settle your account for the additional days and meals directly with the hotel at the time.  It will cost 74 Euros per couple per night Bed and Breakfast. Child costs will be similar to the weekend rates. Extra lunches or dinners cost 19 Euros/meal.
