We are very much looking forward to the Europe Summit, on Friday 5 to Sunday 7 April 2019, taking place in Budapest, Hungary. We hope that many of you will be able to come to the weekend from all over Europe. Here is some information about it and a choice of two forms for you to complete.

VENUE - PRICE
EUR 135/couple which includes: accommodation for two nights and all meals (from and including Friday dinner to and including Sunday lunch and local tax.
Children's discount: between 0 and 3 years: free, between 4 and 11 years: 50% of the above price.
Deposit: EUR 35, the rest to be paid at the venue in HUF.
TRAVEL
Transfer from Budapest Liszt Ferenc Airport to be organized individually. Car hire is recommended as public transport isn't simple. Most car hire will include tolls. There are some tolls between the airport and venue. The venue is 155 km from the airport and about a 90 minute drive.
