We are presuming that you are booking for TWO people, for accommodation, meals etc. Please inform us in the comments box at the end if this is not the case. Bookings are from the Friday evening meal through to Sunday lunchtime.

If for any reason you wish to extend your stay before or after the conference, please advise us which extra nights and meals you would like to book in the comments box at the end. You will need to settle your account for the additional days and meals directly with the hotel at the time.  The cost per couple for each extra night is approximately €82 (standard room) or €106 (superior room) including breakfast. Meals will cost approx. €20 per meal. Child costs will be similar to the weekend rates.
